The Center for Research and Service (CRS) employs a staff of full-time consulting professionals as well as faculty and graduate students in the areas of industrial-organizational, clinical, and rehabilitation psychology.

Senior Staff

George Langlois

George M. Langlois, Ph.D.

Executive Director
George Langlois’ areas of specialization include strategic planning, test validation, employee engagement surveys, action planning, change management, and executive assessment and coaching. Prior to joining CRS in 2012, George founded two nationally-recognized consulting firms that helped organizations achieve corporate objectives through the strategic alignment of human resources, practices, and processes. His consulting clients have included Bank of Montreal, Bridgestone-Firestone, Capitol One, Dean Foods, Kraft, Motorola, Tennessee Valley Authority, United Airlines, universities and colleges, municipal governments, trade associations, food manufacturers, healthcare systems, and scientific equipment manufacturers. George received his Ph.D. in Psychology with a specialization in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Illinois Institute of Technology.

Jordan McDonald

Jordan McDonald, M.S.

Project Manager
Jordan McDonald’s experience includes designing, administering, and analyzing organizational surveys; product research and development; benchmarking; managing 360-degree feedback projects, and preparing executive presentations. Jordan’s research interests include employee engagement, survey methodology and measurement issues, and adverse impact. Jordan earned his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Pepperdine University and is currently working towards his Ph.D. in Psychology with specialization in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Illinois Tech.

Rodney Vallejo

Rodney Vallejo, M.S.

Associate Director
Rodney Vallejo specializes in organizational survey administration and analysis, assessment center development and implementation, providing developmental feedback, and preparing and presenting executive presentations. Rodney’s consulting clients include banks and credit unions from across the country, Equity Residential, kCura, and the National Association of Business Resources. Rodney earned a Master of Science in Sport and Exercise Psychology from Barry University, a Master of Science in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Illinois Tech, where he is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Psychology with a specialization in Industrial-Organizational Psychology.

Xiao Lucas Chen

Xiao (Lucas) Chen

Associate Consultant
Lucas Chen’s experience includes designing and analyzing surveys and interviews, developing and evaluating projects, creating and delivering workshops and coaching, and preparing executive presentations. His research interests include leadership development, cross-cultural adjustment, and organizational change. Lucas received a Bachelor of Arts in Translation and Interpretation from Huazhong University of Science and Technology in China and a Master of Science in Higher Education Administration and Policy from Northwestern University. Lucas is currently pursuing a PhD. in Psychology with a specialization in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Illinois Institute of Technology.

Frank Antonio Manibusan

Frank Antonio Manibusan

Associate Consultant
Frank Antonio Manibusan specializes in creating, administering, and analyzing organizational surveys. His experience includes organizational change management, organizational development, database management, and preparing and presenting executive presentations. Frank’s research interests include organizational change, cross-cultural mediating variables, psychometrics, research methodologies, and measurement development. Frank received a Bachelor’s of Arts in Psychology and Business from the University of Puget Sound, and is currently pursuing a PhD. in Psychology with a specialization in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Illinois Institute of Technology.

Roxanne Martin

Roxanne Martin

Office and Budget Coordinator
Roxanne Martin is responsible for managing the administrative aspects of the center, including purchases, payments, and producing financial reports. Her experience includes 15 years of processing and administrative service at Illinois Tech’s Office of Graduate Admission in various positions, most recent as the Events Liaison and Budget Manager. Roxanne earned her Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Sciences from DePaul University.

Zachery Peterson

Zachery Peterson

Associate Consultant
Zachery Peterson’s experience includes creating and administering surveys, database management, and presenting research results. His research interests include personnel selection, employee engagement, and adverse impact with a specific interest in employee burnout and life satisfaction. Zachery earned his Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Brigham Young University-Idaho and is currently working towards his master’s and Ph.D. degrees in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Illinois Tech.

Meghan Pickett

Meghan Pickett

Leadership Academy Program Manager
Meghan Picket began her tenure as the M. A. and Lila Self Leadership Academy's program manager in 2018 and oversees all operations related to the Leadership Academy. She develops, implements, and analyzes various events hosted by the academy including leadership development retreats, interactive seminars, and networking events exclusive to academy scholars. Additionally, she acts as a mentor to the Leadership Academy scholars. Meghan is currently completing her Master of Science in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Illinois Tech, where she also plans to pursue a Ph.D. in Psychology with a specialization in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. Her I-O psychology experience includes survey design, administration, and analysis; test validation; assessment center development and implementation; team-building development; and providing developmental feedback.

Arash Shokri

Arash Shokri

Associate Consultant
Arash Shokri's experience includes creating, administering and analyzing employee surveys and 360-degree feedback surveys, thematic analysis of survey comments, preparing executive presentations and database management. His research interests include impression management in interviews, improvement of latent personality measures, employee engagement and job performance. Arash received his Bachelor of Science in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at SCU of Iran and is currently in in the Ph.D. program within the same specialization at Illinois Tech.
